General Code of Conduct in Tambaal
1. Mud house, Macchan and ac rooms accommodate maximum 2 persons.
2. Mud house and Machan offers 24 hours running hot & cold water, wifi accessibility.
3. Ac rooms offers 24 hours running hot & cold water, wifi accessibility, and central air-conditioning.
4. Tambaal is an agro tourism centre. Though we have electricity back up & generators, there could be times when electricity might not be functional and electronic equipment might not work.
5. Guests are requested to follow the check-in and check-out schedule. the check-in time is at 12PM and check-out time is at 10AM.
6. In case on additional accompanying guests in any room over and apart from the booking list, we request you to pay the relevant extra-guest amount at the reservation before checking in.
7.Meals for guests in All rooms will be served in the common dining area outside.
8. We do-not have “Room Service”. However, Tambaal team members are generally available to help you in your premises.
9. Consumption of liquor/alcohol is not allowed, as Tambaal is an agro-tourism centre for recreational & educational purpose & we would like to maintain an atmosphere of peace & tranquillity.
10. Smoking cigarettes or Hookah is strictly prohibited in any of the accommodations, at any general public areas or activity zones.
11. Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property. Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
12. No loud music is allowed within Tambaal premises without permission.
13. Guests are requested not to pluck any fruits, flowers, vegetables and plants grown in Tambaal, unless allowed by the guide to do so.5. Guests are requested to use the thrash-bins and dustbins so as to keep Tambaal clean.
14. Tambaal is spread across 2 acres of lush greenery, farmlands. There are possibilities of insects, lizards, reptiles, birds etc. to stray in the premises. Guests are requested to understand that we co-exist with nature here and hence, taking precautions and following the instructions will keep you safe.
15. We request our guests to show courtesy towards fellow guests and our service staff. Guests are requested to avoid using foul language, trigger anti-social debates, engage in offensive behaviour or get into physical fights
16. Guests are expected to take care of their belongings. The Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage of belongings not entrusted to them.
17. Parents are advised to pay special attention to their children. Children should be accompanied by adults.
18. Guests are requested to observe all Government Rules & Regulations in force from time to time in respect of registration, carrying firearms, weapons, etc.
